Order Processing

All orders are processed within 4–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or high-order-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Shipping Destinations

We ship to customers worldwide, with the exception of:

  • Countries and regions within Asia

  • Remote islands and hard-to-reach locations

  • Certain restricted territories where shipping services are unavailable

If shipping is unavailable to your destination, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

This shipping method includes package tracking and reliable international delivery.


Free Shipping

Carrier: EMS

  • Delivery Time: 12–24 Business Days

  • Shipping Cost: Free on orders over $50

Eligible orders will automatically receive free shipping during checkout.


Packaging & Product Protection

Many of our products, including professional audio equipment, lighting accessories, stands, cases, instruments, and technical gear, require careful handling during transportation.

To help ensure safe delivery:

  • Products are thoroughly inspected before shipment.

  • Fragile and sensitive equipment is packed using protective materials.

  • Larger or specialty items are securely packaged to reduce the risk of transit damage.

  • Packaging methods are selected to provide additional protection throughout the shipping process.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress throughout transit.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after shipment confirmation.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery & Receipt of Goods

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging or products:

  • Document the condition immediately.

  • Retain all packaging materials.

  • Contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

AVL Gear Shop is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond the carrier's control.
